How To Order!

• Step 1: Decide on the Montage Package you want to purchase. We have 3 packages to choose from. Remember that all packages can be customized to meet your individual needs. Then please call us at 330-760-4793 to check on our availability and make sure we can have it done by your event. Turn around times can vary based on availability and higher sales volume. • Step 2: Then gather and organize all your photos. a) Photos need to be numbered in the order you want them to appear in the Montage. Most Montages are broken up into segments. (For an example a wedding one is usually broken up into Pictures of the Bride. Pictures of the Groom. And then a segment of them together). So decide what order your images will go and number them and then seperate them by segment. Taking the Wedding one for an example The first 35 pictures of the Montage are of the bride, so you would seperate them from the rest of the images by a rubber band or envelope so we know those images are all for the first segment.

• Step 3: Decide on what each title will say for each segment or at the begining or end. Some examples of tiltes are the persons name, Happy Birthday, Congratulations. Titles can be up to 10 words. If you need a longer title a nominal fee will be charged ! Just give us a call at 330-760-4793 with any questions.

• Step 4: Choose your favorite song to go along with each Title. You can email us the music, send CD's with your images or you can have us purchase them for you at an additional $2.00 each. Helpful hit: it usually takes one song for every 30-35 images.

• Step 5: Place all photos and CDs into a Zip-Lock bag before placing in shipping envelope or box to ship to us. Be sure to mark package, DO NOT BEND, Photos and Fragile.

• Step 6: Then just give us a Call at 330-760-4793 to let us know your images are on their way so we can complete the scheduling of your Montage production.

• Step 7: Send photos and music to Carroll Video and Productions, 9865 State Route 224, Deerfield, Ohio 44411. We recommend either UPS or Fed-Ex to ship your photos. This way they can be easily tracked.

• Step 8: Photo Montages are usually completed within 10 working days, but are not Guaranteed. Rush orders can be accepted if necessary for an additional fee depending on availability.

• Step 9: We will conatct you as soon as the Montage is uploaded to our site for you to view and give final approval. Once you approve it we will create and print your DVD's and ship them out to you!
